Registration

Q: What is the cut-off date for registration and securing a room at the conference hotel? A: Registration and hotel registration will close on August 7th. Space in the conference hotel is available on a first come, first served basis.

Airport Shuttle New Orleans is available from the airport to the hotels in the CBD for $20.00 (per person, one-way) or $38.00 (per person, round-trip)

Getting to a Gathering of Leaders

Start & End Times
Please make your travel arrangements to ensure your full participation at the Gathering. Registration opens at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, September 14, followed by the opening plenary at 3:30pm followed by a welcome reception at 5:30 p.m. The conference will extend to 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 16.

Attire
Most folks dress "business casual" for the Gathering, although it is not uncommon for people to be a bit fancier (e.g. business attire/jacket and tie) at the opening reception/dinner.

Meals
Heavy Hors D'oeuvres will be provided at the welcome reception. There will be a substantial breakfast each morning and hot lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday. If you have dietary restrictions, the on-line registration form provides a space for you to indicate your needs.

Please note that participants are free to make their own dinner arrangements for Tuesday evening. Attendees are encouraged to enjoy the City of New Orleans and its many wonderful restaurants and local attractions.
